Great for tracking employee attendance problems

I like that everything can be done from my phone or computer (either way, it's easy). The notifications are not always great so you have to check in other ways. There should also be an option when someone sends out an email to create a new incident automatically instead of having them send me back to another page. It's nice that everything is integrated but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get things updated. We use this software at work as well as internally at our church so we're able to keep up with all activities and issues. I like that it allows me to see all of my cases in one place. It's easy to access and navigate. I also appreciate how easy it is to add new cases. The only thing I dislike about this software is that it sometimes takes a while to load. I would definitely recommend this product. I am able to keep track of all of my cases in one place which makes it easier to keep track of everything.
