Review on LOCK HPL955 Airtight Container by Barbara Goodwin

Bought after seeing my mother had a similar one. I tried to find it in stores but to no avail. I chose a large one even though I thought I would never eat that many eggs. I'm glad I went for the larger one as it not only accommodates raw eggs but also accommodates my hard boiled eggs. I've only dropped it a handful of times - from the bottom shelf of the fridge onto a soft kitchen rug which I keep in front of the fridge for exactly these reasons - and luckily nothing broke on the container or inside. All of the other egg trays had lids that just sat on, didn't snap or close, and were made of harder plastic that would crack in a second. I prefer this one because I know I can put something flat on top and if I take that item out of the fridge and the egg tray falls out too, the contents are safe.
