The product itself is very nice, small and elegant. However, it didn't work as expected on my 13-inch Macbook (2018 model). The device was still running Mac OS Mojave and my setup required two additional monitors. The ad claimed it would work. However, the cables I used - Display Port to HDMI and Display Port to DVI - may not have worked. The documentation didn't mention that you need "active" cables. Obviously there is another standard. Long story short, called customer service - they were good. Troubleshooting - reboot device, reboot computer, change cables - didn't work on one monitor. I had to send it back. I ended up buying another brand and it worked right away.
