I've been enjoying this for 3 months. I've used it to do fitness classes from home so it doesn't wear out too much. I just plug in my iPad a few times a week and flip the flap down a few times. I go in to use it this morning and the height adjustment knob/knob just spins. He won't make any effort to hold his position. I'm sure there are technical names I've overlooked. But the bit you twist to loosen and tighten to move the bar up and down isn't attached to anything else. It just slides up and down and spins. SO DISAPPOINTED!
