Fits kitchen or bedside table

My old iPad Air is rarely used and often ends up on the bedside table (as a glorified alarm clock or TV) or in the kitchen (with recipes or instructions). Video). This is a simple and functional stand if you don't hold your tablet in your hands very often. The rotating and swiveling options are great and the stand moves smoothly. I love the ease of simply rotating the device from portrait to landscape without having to adjust a mount. The clips hold my iPad horizontally (the clips are on the…

Twists, turns and tilts for small tablets with thin arms.

Rotate, rotate and tilt. The base is heavy enough not to fall off if someone hits it lightly. The plastic construction can wear out during use, especially the mounting levers. The mounting arms were too wide to hold my 6.25" wide RCA tablet and didn't extend with enough force to hold it at 10" in height. This applies to limited, squarer tablets or a large phablet. I love spinning on the base; but it could be a little softer. The worst thing is the little clips on the ends of the mounting arms…

Tried 3 coasters and only left this one

Need a stand for a small concession with iPad mini and square, I searched all over Revain and bought 3 coasters. After receiving them all at once, I checked them one by one and left only those. Don't be fooled by the picture, the base is heavy and VERY solid even when rotated 180* from cashier to customer. That's what you need when your $300+ device is in it. Don't worry with Kantek. The side clips hold the device securely with spring-loaded pressure, making the device easy to detach even after

  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Works almost too well!

I bought this to hold my 7 inch Kindle Fire HDX in landscape mode. The stand uses spring-loaded "fingers" to grip the tablet. Most of the knot that holds the tablet is covered in rubber, so I'm not worried about the Kindle getting scratched or anything. I have two small problems. 1. Since the Kindle has a power connector, you must place the device fairly far into the stand so that your "fingers" do not touch or block the connector and cable. The top fingers are only on the edge 2. The…

Great price for a very convenient and useful stand.

This stand was purchased for our coffee shop to hold our iPad mini which we use as a square recording device. The unit we used measures 5 1/4 inches x 7 7/8 inches. We'll use landscape format for our case. The width of our device really stretched the expandable grip holders as far as they could stretch. The stand comes in three parts and is easy to assemble with just one screw in the base. We love how the stand rotates and tilts to allow our visitors to sign their purchases. The height is…

Just fits the iPad mini 4, does not work with cases

This is almost a perfect POS stand. Pros: 1) The base is wide and weighted to prevent tipping. smooth-running, almost like ball bearings. 3) Strong but easily adjustable tilt. 4) Very fair price considering the best options are in the $100+ range. Cons: 1) The side arms are spring loaded which is nice as this usually means they will fit an iPad mini but probably won't fit an iPad mini 4 when fully extended. Which in my situation means I can't put a case on my iPad mini 4. I spent $600 on this…

Great.for 3 months

I've been enjoying this for 3 months. I've used it to do fitness classes from home so it doesn't wear out too much. I just plug in my iPad a few times a week and flip the flap down a few times. I go in to use it this morning and the height adjustment knob/knob just spins. He won't make any effort to hold his position. I'm sure there are technical names I've overlooked. But the bit you twist to loosen and tighten to move the bar up and down isn't attached to anything else. It just slides up and…

Barely fits the iPad mini 4, does not work with cases

This is a near perfect POS stand. Pros: 1) The base is wide and weighted to prevent tipping. like ball bearings. 3) Strong but easily adjustable tilt. 4) Very reasonable price considering the best options are in the $100+ range. Cons: 1) The side arms are spring loaded, which is good as this usually means they will fit plus or minus the size of an iPad mini, but will barely fit an iPad mini 4 when fully extended. Which in my situation means I can't put a case on my iPad mini 4. I spent $600 on…

"My long search has now been SUCCESSED! "

I have (2) Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.8 inch tablets. I can't find a book cover/magnetic folder to easily arrange them horizontally. > NEVER IN THE VERTICAL POSITION! This Kantek (TS710) tablet stand from Revain is perfect! Strongly supports BOTH directions. Horizontal and VERTICAL! Exactly as described! Follow the instructions carefully. The best way to secure the tablet is to pull ONE handle, open, insert the tablet, close the handle. The arms only extend to support the center of the tablet…
