Rotate, rotate and tilt. The base is heavy enough not to fall off if someone hits it lightly. The plastic construction can wear out during use, especially the mounting levers. The mounting arms were too wide to hold my 6.25" wide RCA tablet and didn't extend with enough force to hold it at 10" in height. This applies to limited, squarer tablets or a large phablet. I love spinning on the base; but it could be a little softer. The worst thing is the little clips on the ends of the mounting arms. They weren't thick enough to wrap around my thick tablet and instead clipped to the side. Many tablet stands have thin brackets. I returned it and bought a Smonet metal stand instead.
