Update: As you can see from the seller's response comment, they receive a cash offer for finding the 'best projector for the price' and then pay a poor review from the COMPETITOR. The seller even went so far as to check my purchase and history to see that I had left good reviews on previous purchases. but since this purchase had an issue and the support was poor, i need to get paid to lie about it! This is absolutely insane. This is the type of support you are dealing with. I will show my proof of the problem(s) and explain how the seller works several times in this review. This is totally childish! I reported this to Revain myself as the seller allegedly told me (based on their response to this review - see below) that I gave an honest review. Finally, PLEASE leave honest reviews, consumers. People like me read these reviews to make a purchasing decision. There should be no fake ratings changed (in favor of the seller) with a free gift or threats if you leave an honest rating with the problems you are experiencing (negative ratings)! I ordered this projector when it was out of stock but it was on a $40-$50 discount so I figured it was worth waiting a few extra days. However, when I received it and set it up, I noticed that this projector had a few black spots all over the image. It's very difficult to take a picture of a 150 inch screen to show them all in one small shot that won't be true so I've attached a picture of the specific part that seems to be the worst. The image shows a black notch and a bright white vertical line at the top of the screen, extending down about 10 to 12 inches. When the seller contacted me I was told to "tap the projector 10 times" to see if the black spots go away. I did as they suggested and no wonder it didn't work. I'm not sure if this helps to solve this problem. They suggested contacting Revain to resolve the issue if that doesn't work. *Cm. Attached image. The projector itself seems to have some very nice features such as B. Increase the brightness of the screen but run the fan harder (louder). The ability to adjust the horizontal and vertical shape of the screen with the remote control is also good (didn't see this on some other projectors while researching). The coloring seems a bit different to me and not as bright as advertised. I would also like to add that the seller offers a gift if you leave feedback on your experience with the seller/projector. I had to send the seller a screenshot of my review and provide my order ID, but the seller kept pushing back the gift offer. I would guess this was because I didn't leave "no problem, perfect view of the projector". This makes me feel bad that some reviews might be skewed towards a 5 star recommendation because of the gift on offer. I like to be honest in my reviews because I read customer reviews when making a purchasing decision. With this in mind I downgraded my rating even further as this was patchy on the part of the seller and I was having issues. * See attached image. After all, this projector gets 1 star until the support team takes action to fix the issues. This should have been tested before it was sent to me (already after the delay in receiving it). If they saw what I see I would hope they would not sell it at all but repair it. This brand/projector does not have my recommendation. Much luck!
