I have a great purchase. i really like it It goes up, but the first rung is enough for me. I like red fans. I like the design. It's quiet and I can feel the air rushing out. When I had the Targus, I couldn't feel the air until I picked up the laptop. It's not crazy airflow, but it's definitely better than the Targus. I like how this one uses USB for connection instead of the built in one. Targus always wore out on the power cord. The cord they give you is strong and tough. So when it wears out, buy another cable. You've thought about it before. In general, the thing is very cool. This is a welcome addition.
