Review on 🚗 Enhance Your Steering with Skyjacker 7007 HD OEM Replacement Steering Stabilizer Kit by Chris Burns

Quality product that reduced the deflection on my 1999 ram 2500 4x4 caused by rough pavement. I had a factory steering damper and had to reuse the brackets, but they didn't fit exactly. The different stroke lengths required the U-bolts to be repositioned by 1/2 stroke. There are no complaints about this, just note that it was necessary. I had to trim two mounting bolts with a hacksaw and lengthen the threads to fit my truck without interfering with other components. Luckily I had the tools and was able to figure out how to do it. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. I also had to use a pry bar to bend the frame mount tabs a few 1/16 of an inch to get the stabilizer bar to fit. I am happy with this unit but not at all happy with the extra work required to install it.
