Review on TEMPUR Cloud Prima Medium Soft Mattress Twin by Cheryl Fisher

The mattress is excellent. I've only slept on it one night in my house, but it feels just like the Cloud Prima we slept on in the house we rented in Florida in March (I called the landlord to see if what make and model the mattress was.) Memory foam quickly rebounds when you roll or move. It doesn't really feel like memory foam, just a nice, hard, comfortable surface. The mattress itself seems firm and perfect for me and my wife. The delivery experience is the reason for my 1 star rating: We were asked to time the delivery of this mattress and chose an early time of 9am to 12pm so I could still work half a day. On the morning of the delivery day, I received an email from XPO Logistics that the delivery was "on its way"! with the correct estimated time window. The email also said they would contact me "immediately" if there were any events that could delay delivery. The link to the tracking page on the XPO website had a handy map of where it came from, I was able to follow the truck and see how many stops we had etc. No email. No text. No call. I called customer service and they couldn't reach the driver. The website was never updated to show the movement of the truck. The window stayed at 9-12. At 8pm a truck pulled up to my place and I got a call that they were there (not 30 minutes before which should have been). the only article in it. We were clearly the last stop of the day, despite being scheduled for 9:00-12:00. The guys then spent 20 minutes fumbling with the app to try to log me out. The drivers were friendly and equally frustrated with XPO and blamed their company for the problems.
