Worked great for a while,but won't connect anymore

I bought this in january. I really like them until today when they stopped working. Only one airpod was connected, so I unpaired them so I could reconnect and see if both headphones would work. Now, they're not connecting at all and I can't get the connect screen to show up on my phone.
