Not enough base for 12 lip balms

I bought this for a slumber party and all the girls loved this project. That's a great idea, but it failed in a few places: 1. The base balm isn't enough for 12 lip balms. I had 6 girls and they were disappointed to find their second floor was only half full. I have measured each one very carefully and nothing has spilled. They just didn't have enough for the estimated number. If the company doesn't increase the amount of foundation included, it's only enough for 8-9 lip balms if you're careful.2. It's not clear how much the dropper will hold, so it's difficult to estimate how much flavor to use.3. The aroma must have a high chemical content. All the girls complained that the lip balm burned their lips. I've tried them all and they really have a tingle.4. I would have liked additional wooden sticks and plastic droppers. If you only have 2-4 children involved in this project the current number may be acceptable but not enough for a larger group. There should be a plastic pipette for each fragrance (in this case 4, not 2: 4 pipettes for 4 fragrances). It's hard not to get a mixed taste as you have to use a two-flavor dropper. One more note: the balm hardens very quickly, so I kept going back in the microwave as soon as I added aroma. Wax is very hot, but if you let it cool it will clump quickly. This is probably the best project for older kids who may be more careful to avoid getting hot wax on themselves. UPDATE: The seller was quick to respond to my review and offered a refund or replacement. I appreciate the offer to fix everything.
