It has ups and downs!

I have had plantar fasciitis for about 5-6 years. I'm sick of everything from buckets of cold water, frozen water bottles, foot massagers, leg braces, resting and stretching. In the end I got fed up and went to the orthopedist. He gave me hard insoles and told me to wear a splint overnight. I bought another one but found my toes would go numb. So I bought this one hoping it would fit me better. So true. I had to use a pad from my other tire because my ankle bones were touching and rubbing the side of the tire which was irritating my ankle. So I added my own solution to the bus. (The photo shows a blue seal.) Sometimes it's uncomfortable, yes, you shot in the middle of the night, yes. But I see an improvement in my legs. My podiatrist told me 2 weeks on each foot and my hard insoles so I'm keeping my fingers crossed it gets better over time. Are they always comfortable? They work - yes. Legs at a 90 degree angle at night - yes numb toes - no straps are good, comfortable and easy to put on. toes tingling So I didn't use it.
