Doesn't matter! - Medical supplies and equipment

I have had chronic problems with tight calves which recently resulted in Achilles tendinitis in both ankles. Stiffness is worst in the morning. I only bought one shoe to try on. The boot is bulky but comfortable and easy to wear. My foot seemed to slip a little in the boot and I doubted it would help but I put it on at night. I sleep well and have had no sleep problems. The bulkiness can be a big problem for those who are light sleepers. When I got up the next day, I found it almost difficult…

It has ups and downs!

I have had plantar fasciitis for about 5-6 years. I'm sick of everything from buckets of cold water, frozen water bottles, foot massagers, leg braces, resting and stretching. In the end I got fed up and went to the orthopedist. He gave me hard insoles and told me to wear a splint overnight. I bought another one but found my toes would go numb. So I bought this one hoping it would fit me better. So true. I had to use a pad from my other tire because my ankle bones were touching and rubbing the…

Comfortable but with an annoying problem

I have two of these and am generally happy with them but they can easily be made 5 stars with modifications. The first one I ordered uses fabric velcro for attachment. The straps are long enough to wrap around the leg and the Velcro attaches near where the straps attach to the brace. This will prevent the straps from stretching the back seam of the boots. The problem is that the fabric itself doesn't have enough velcro for a good fit and the straps easily come loose at night or while walking…

  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • No automatic

I had great doubts about buying this product. It wasn't just this product, it was the night split itself. But my tendon from plantar fasciitis was swollen and it was very difficult for me to walk. Every day when I get up, go downstairs and try to walk, it really hurts so much. I have found that the reason for this is that when you sleep your leg relaxes and then the tenant starts to heal. But when you wake up and take a step back and continue this trend, you tear the little tears that healed…

Here are some things you might want to know:

First of all love it, works great. When I originally ordered I wasn't quite sure what I was getting, so here are a few things you might want to know: • It's basically a hard plastic hoop with a soft cloth cover. I paid about $22 which is a good deal considering others are just selling a piece of hard plastic (no fabric, no wedges, no ball) for about the same price • I definitely wouldn't want to use this item without a fabric cover . In fact, if I have any complaints, it's that the fabric isn't

Healed my plantar fasciitis without injections!

Four years later - update to original post I haven't had plantar fasciitis in the last 4 years but now I have it again so I put on my Vive Night Splint splint which really helps, for an exception. The velcro straps on this splint were never strong enough or long enough. Sometimes you want to wear the splint loosely, sometimes you want to tighten it tightly. So I asked my wife to sew on some velcro to make the straps longer. It was pretty easy. All she had to do was sew the barbed portion of the
