This is my second order, I am returning the first order as it was recommended (reviewers) to order a size up but when I received it. I put it on my stomach at 35 weeks and it really worked! So I went back and bought a smaller size. The smaller size almost wrapped around my pregnant belly if I had 2 or 3 inches more which is what you want when measuring during pregnancy for postpartum. I will update as soon as I deliver to give you a better idea. My advice order your size in inches from the chart provided and you will be fine.
