This is a very good entry level monitor if you are on a budget. I think it will also work very well for most kids who are into games. A few things I think are worth mentioning: - Navigating the onscreen controls was tricky, but you really don't have to spend a lot of time doing it, so no big deal. Personally, I haven't had a chance to test this, but according to the datasheet, this will support 1080p60 VRR on the Xbox One X, which surprised me as I don't think this is an extremely common feature on a budget display. It is EXTREMELY light as the screen itself weighs only 4.3 pounds. This means that if you plan to mount it on a wall or use a monitor arm for that, its light weight means it will work with almost anything. I couldn't find all the specs I wanted to read so I attached the specs from their website as an image to this review which explains everything about the screen. Overall, this is indeed a budget monitor, but for the price it's good enough.
