The ease of use for all staff members! If I have an issue or question it's answered within minutes rather than hours like other platforms out there!! It also allows me more control over my schedule as well which was not previously possible with some sites we used before this one.
We do NOT need any additional training so far - everything has been easy peasy from day 1. They are always quick at responding when you send them questions/issues via their help desk (support@nextcrew). There really isn't anything negative about our experience thusfar but if something does come up they respond quickly regardless what time zone your located across town / country etc..
