I use a wheelchair and have had problems with pain in the back of my thighs where most pillows put pressure on the front edge. The air movement in this pillow not only helps eliminate this but also keeps the blood flowing in my pelvis and back. It also feels good on the back, but sitting on it was the best use for me.
