Review on SMARTLINER Floor Liner Black Accord Interior Accessories by Charles Phillips

We ordered these rugs and are very happy to have a quality product that is not overpriced like other expensive options. We liked the full coverage on the back, but that's where the problems started. The back mat just doesn't fit right. We fully followed the instructions of letting the mats sit in the warm sun for a while before installing. As shown in the photos, the passenger side mat is approximately 1/2 to 3/4 shorter and the mat is perfect for the driver's back seat. The front and trunk mats fit very well. When I asked Maxliner for a replacement, Sarah replied that the mat fit correctly. She sent in a photo comparing the setup to the photos on the listing, except the photo she sent (also attached) was for the passenger mat and not the back. It's sad that if there was a problem, they couldn't just fix it. Looks like we're returning the entire set and now save on buying a more expensive brand that guarantees installation or your money back.
