I like that the support team is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to give suggestions and help us with our issues. The price of their product is great as well. It's hard to dislike any part of the product. The only thing about this software is that it could be more customizable. If you have an issue with your email account, this software will help resolve those problems quickly. We have been using Expel for several years now and haven't had any issues at all. This has helped us solve some email related problems.
