This is the best bread bag on the market. You put bread in, take opposite clips, turn it over a couple of times to push the excess air out of the bag, and then fasten it together. This way it stays airtight but allows some of the moisture in the bread to escape so the crust of the bread doesn't get wet and chewy like it would in a plastic bag. And your bread won't dry out either, like in a paper bag. In fact, it does its job very well. My homemade natural pearl stays fresh for 3 days. I also like that it's made of cotton, which I think is a noble material. I would, but that's definitely it again.
