Benefits: Comfortable, lightweight jacket that fits snugly and keeps you warm. Cons: Very thin fleece lining, suitable for fall weather but not colder. The drawstring does not stay in the hood after washing and slips out easily because the holes it goes through in the hood are much bigger than the width of the drawstring. Also, there is a discrepancy between the colors. I ordered one jacket of each color and the blue Heather jacket had 4 inch long pocket holes that made it difficult for me to fit in while all the other jackets had the usual 5 inch holes.
