Review on πŸ‘— Ababalaya Women's Clothing: Bodycon Cocktail Dresses in Velvet Fabric by Angela Smith

It's ok for the price

First of all I would like to say that I am a hobby seamstress, because I notice things that most people don't notice. I ordered XL and it felt a bit loose, but not sure if L would be big enough, but the fabric stretches so it has room. The dress rode up at the hips when walking causing my back to arch and weird bumps sticking out and I'm tall and have a very long torso so if it pushes me that hard it's going to look really weird for every. - something lower. The curtain at the neck didn't fit very well and almost protruded from the lining, which was only due to a bad pattern and improper cutting of the fabric during assembly. The velvet itself is very soft but obviously very cheap and I have found better velvet for a comparable price. I feel like the ruffles in the front showed my stomach more than trying to hide it and I felt it was very unflattering, even with the spanks underneath. The skirt fell oddly and it almost felt like when fitting for the plus sizes they adjusted the bust, waist and hips but left the skirt part the same as the smaller sizes.

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • Almost never
