Great quality, definitely got my heart rate up
It definitely took me some time to relearn how to rotate the hoop. I heard it's great cardio! My heart rate went up, but my feet and knees didn't hurt as much as when I ran. I felt like I got a great stretch and workout for my hips and back. It was very easy to put together, nice colors and foam padding (as opposed to cheap plastic options!) and my sister and I had a blast. Definitely heavier than the ones we used to exercise in 1992 but I guess they got me training better!
