Review on Citizen Eco-Drive Expansion Band Watch for Women with Day/Date Functionality, Model EW3154-90A by Monica Reese

Love the fact I'll never have to change a battery again. However, the group is ridiculously large. I have an average wrist or slightly larger than a woman's average (7 inches) and the strap is at least 2 inches larger. Now I'm driving all over town looking for someone who can measure it. I've taken it to a few jewelry stores in the mall but they can't resize the extension strap. But many reviewers said they did. I emailed Citizen asking where I could do this locally as I figured they could just tell me who their local dealers are. I was told to send it to them for "repair". There is no information on how to pack it or even tell them what group size it should be. I responded by asking the local site again to have the bracelet measured and was told they did not 'recommend' jewelers and that I would have to send it to them for 'repair' and they could not give an estimate , until they do looked at the clock to see what's up with him! Again, no packing or insurance instructions, no information on how to tell them the size of the bracelet. Disappointing.
