Support helped me on the phone, I have a TP LINK modem and router. I unplugged my router and found that my modem still works but my router doesn't. Support called me to get my router back online and working again. Thank you TP LINK support team! Excellent customer service for everyone I spoke to. I had 2 online chats in 2 days, one was my fault, I was too tired to continue troubleshooting so I restored the chat the next day and then called to make it easier by using my phone for called for diagnostics. I highly recommend them if you are having trouble with your hardware. Excellent.
