Arguably the best pre-workout program I've tried. Super clean energy with no jitter. I constantly monitored my heart rate and it was never abnormal once, it was always within the normal range for what I was doing, even when I was feeling energetic. Not after the accident. It was a gentle descent. My typical routine consists of 45 minutes of strength training followed by 15-20 minutes of moderate cardio. I recommend this pre-workout for both activities. I had full energy throughout the program and felt great afterwards. In fact, my regular strength training program became much easier, with shorter rest periods, allowing me to do more sets of different exercises. Overall, this is a great pre-workout program that I cannot recommend highly enough.
