I have chronic back pain and was trying to find a great back and knee pillow to sleep on my side. I received my Coop Half Moon Pillow in a very small box. I wonder how he fit in there. Here is my purchase opinion. The good: Very durable and I like that about the knee pad. A knee pillow should support your knees when you are lying on your back. Compression is less than an inch and I'm a big guy, 215 pounds. A nice touch is that this pillow is good for lumbar support when sitting in an office chair or even in a car or truck. The Bad: This pillow should have a pillowcase option. The included zippered pouch is flimsy with a weak zipper and fabric that gathers. An extra pillowcase would have been nice. Deformity: This is not a good pillow for sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees. It's not wide enough to be of much use. Under the knee brace in the supine position great, between the knee brace in the lateral position thumbs down. Bottom line, worth the money but I'm still trying to find a good knee pillow for back and side sleepers. Perhaps I should have gone for a full round pillow rather than a crescent or a regular smaller firm pillow that is 4-5 inches deep. The search continues but this pillow will be used until I find a better one.
