Not sure if I'm not flexible enough to make it work or you need shorter hair? It's a pack with a mask inside, similar to foot scrub masks. I washed and dried my hair, turned my head upside down and started collecting them in this bag. I got up to make sure everything was inside and closed it, but then the bag slipped down and my hair fell out. I tried it a few more times with similar results before simply rubbing the inside into my hair and letting it sit for a while. It's a good idea and maybe you can make it work, but I'm just not smart enough for that.
