This is a good product especially for its price. As you can see in my video I rubbed it harder than someone would actually rub their eye and it did not come off until I rubbed it excessively. As for water-resistant, it doesn’t wash off when you put water on it or lightly rub it, but if you scrub it with a towel it will come off. It’s oily in texture so water doesn’t bother it with just contact. The marks on the one line on my thumb is all from one dip and I did as many strokes as I could so you could see.
