I was excited to use this vegan product. I have a sensitive scalp. My scalp was fine, but the combo of either of their shampoo/conditioners seriously made my hair fall out. The entire drain would fill to where water would stop flowing, and I don't have a tub draining problem. My hair dried out and wouldn't hold my natural wave anymore. I switched to avalon organics and have little to no fall out within the first 2 washes. If you have thin hair or hair that falls out I don't recommend these products. I also tried the curl cream which is extremely heavy and greasy, as well as the black bottle leave in.
