I'll start by saying that I love FOREO products. just not that. I have a first gen Luna 2 and love it, it's been working great for 5 years now. I decided to upgrade to the larger Luna 3 and it's getting better. I was wrong, not only does it not clean as well (the bristles aren't that soft), but FOREO now forces you to create an account with their mobile app to be able to turn on the device and then manage its settings. It's not worth the hassle and money. I went back to my tried and tested original Luna 2 (which I highly recommend).
