Review on Hiware 9 Inch Stainless Cocktail Stirring by Antonio Bacon

I love these spoons so much I went back and bought a second set. I recently bought a set from another manufacturer. They were simply stamped from flat stainless steel. They did their job, but without a comfortable "feel" in the hands. This hiware kit changes all that. They are beautifully made, well balanced and well controlled. They have beautifully rounded edges, are heavier, have a bright sheen and have beautiful curves. The bow on the bowl was to be expected; but there's also a slight curve near the handle tip that makes it comfortable to hold and stir. Maybe it's just me, but I'm sure the designer of these spoons made some samples first to get one that fits. This may be a minor purchase for you; but I assure you, you'll love these spoons when you have them; and will enjoy it for a long time.
