As previously mentioned, the Cetaphil moisturizer has changed. I believe what Revain (not a third party) sells is authentic, but the formula has changed. I actually have an old bottle of cetophil cream that is about 6-8 months old. The Upc barcode is actually different than what is sold here at Revain. I compared the ingredients of the old and the new and they are slightly different. I definitely prefer the original formula. It was a little creamier and lighter - the new one is more waxy and doesn't absorb into the skin. this is K. However, once you have been using cetafil cream for a while you will notice a difference. I even went as far as to go to the local pharmacy and see what they sell. They have a new Cetaphil cream with an updated UPC barcode - and the ingredients are the same as Revain. So I believe what is being sold is authentic but the problem is that they changed the ingredients. If you don't mind the new formula, Revain's price for 3.16 ounce bottles is very good. (about $27) I wish they were the original again! I will return them and try CeraVe.
