We rescued a half blind 2 week old kitten. She suffered from diarrhea no matter what we fed her. Apparently canned KMR will often do this. Our friend, a cat sitter, advised me to feed the bird baby food. I did and the kitten began to recover. Then one of the vets scolded me for not feeding the kitten because of the vitamins. So we switched to this brand. The kitten had diarrhea so bad she couldn't control it. The vet was confused. I switched her back to baby food and she got better. I think if you have a kitten with a sensitive digestion then this is not the right food for him.
