This item arrived very carefully packaged to ensure the various cables or parts were in place and they did not bump into each other in the box during transit. The scary thing is that I haven't given it to my grandson for several months. So I was taking a risk, I knew it, but I contacted the seller a few months after purchase to explain that I hadn't opened the box, but I asked about their exchange process. I'm very happy to report that I don't need it, but the seller has indicated that if there are any problems I should let them know. I may have been hasty but I received it today and it came with a quick start guide, everything works fine, clean and in order. I posted this over 2 months ago. So thank you!
