This pillow is perfect except it's a bit thick for my neck. I wake up in severe pain when I sleep in it. My son wanted to try it and the next morning he had a huge lump on his neck/shoulder. I have a long build and am 5ft 10" tall but for someone's neck to curve I would say they have to be over 6.5ft tall. An eye mask and earplugs are a nice bonus. Folded in half twice and twisted with a towel too. I can adjust the thickness without unrolling it all the way. This bamboo pillow is great for staying awake for about 30 minutes. It gives my neck a good adjustment/stretching which is why I keep it as a pain reliever at night rather than a pillow.
