I'm terribly upset that I ordered these glasses and can't even exchange them. When I took them out of the box, the right arm of the glasses was not even attached to the glasses. There are no screws or anything else. The left hand is attached. Don't people test them before shipping? I bought glasses to put on immediately. Now I can't use them because I can't put them on. I don't have to buy an eyeglass repair kit to fix something that should be brand new. Especially during this pandemic and now I'm the main worker with a crazy work schedule.
