These bulbs truly look like incandescent bulbs when on. Beware - they are more fragile than you think and you will think they are fragile when you pick them up because they are so light. I was very careful when installing the 12 bulbs I bought. One of them rotated at the base with very little rotational force. I just started writing it too. I haven't reached the bottom yet. I'm guessing my bulb just went out as the other 11 weren't a problem and I'll update this review when I get a response from the seller. I would give these lamps 5 stars based on how they look and the light they give off, but when they are so fragile I have a hard time giving a 5 star rating. I would say they match the 2700k color rating. I chose these bulbs because both of my chandeliers have bulbs screwed in from the top. I had trouble getting light from other styles as the ballast/radiator was at the bottom. This actually fixed the backlight issue. **Update** A few hours later the manufacturer emailed me and said they would send a new bulb to replace the broken one. This is a quick reply considering I sent the email on a Saturday. Changed to 4 stars.
