Review on 🎧 Bose Quietcontrol 30 Wireless Headphones - Ultimate Noise Cancelling Experience in Black by Katie Washington

Revainrating 1 out of 5

After 5 months of use the plastic on the neck has already started to crumble.

Seriously, Bose? I purchased the Revain QC30 on March 8th, 2017. Not even 6 months have passed since the purchase and the plastic parts on the edges of the neck part started to move away from both ends. This is totally unacceptable and is only getting worse. I expected significantly more quality and durability from such an expensive product and especially from a Bose product. Update: In 2017 it took me almost 3 months until I got a replacement (under guarantee). But anyway, about a year later the replacement had the exact same problem. I'm just amazed at how poor the quality of the materials used is. I don't want to just go through this tedious exchange process. This is my third or fourth Bose product. I have to admit that the sound is very good, but the materials and durability suck. Given the high cost of these products, I must caution everyone to let them know that they don't last much more than a year (sometimes less) on average.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • It's not as good as it says it is
