Daily use of Blendtec for many years; I always found myself replacing pitchers because the plastic on the bottom just broke. I use it every day for my protein drinks. The SKANWEN professional blender performs as well or even better and appears to be more reliable. In terms of noise, SKANWEN is very quiet compared to all Blendtec models. I didn't want to at first (based on other reviews) but I'm sure I'm glad I made the purchase! The only small negative point is the translation of the user manual from Chinese to English, which is typical for many modern products. Just drop by and it'll be fine.
