The 12 " collar is WAY big for my 16 " neck.

I had to trust the reviews, this collar can't possibly be 12 inches long. My dog's neck size is 16 inches and this collar was MUCH large for him. I'll save it and try to alter it myself because I prefer the 1 inch width to the smaller collar size.
