The best thing about ArzHost is its customer support team which can be reached 24/7 by phone or email if needed at any time! There's no need to wait long periods between tickets as there might sometimes have been during other providers I've used previously (and that has made it easier keeping track).
Their billing system could use an upgrade but they're working hard towards improving this so hopefully soon we won't see those manual entries anymore when adding up credit card payments either :) We were looking into cloud-based file backups - specifically using their service called "Backupify" hosted through them since most third party backup companies charge quite high fees compared what you'd pay elsewhere anyway plus Backupity provides additional benefits like being able to schedule automatic daily back ups etc., hence saving us money too while also ensuring security due to having multiple copies spread out across several locations worldwide where only one server was located before now :D.
