HOLY S*** you guys! I’ve been collecting colostrum since 36 weeks via hand expression then started using my Ameda Mya Joy electric pump intermittently at 37 weeks. THIS MANUAL PUMP that cost $28 was able to express a third more than what i had been getting with my ameda or hand expression and in half the time or less! I’m usually able to get 5 ml total and the medela manual pump got out 7.5 ml in like 4 mins!Shook! I spent sooo much time worrying about what pump to get, had pros/cons, watched youtube’s, talked to other moms… all to find out that a manual pump is superior (in my opinion). Plus it’s small, easy to clean, don’t need batteries or to be near an outlet. Can’t wait to see what it can do once I have baby & milk comes in! 10/10, recommending it to moms everywhere!
