I received a damaged cartridge, the box was broken even on the side, I don't know how it is

I installed it on Friday or tried it on the car. Xerox kept telling me the cartridge wasn't good, in other words, tried to put it in at different times, once I even forced it, and I've already changed a lot of cartridges on my copier, so I know how it is I would want my money back or have another one sent to me and although I have ordered one from Office Depot they are always reliable.
