Excellent product for anyone looking into video content creation and distribution
The ease of use with this platform! I was able to set up my channel very quickly using their training material as well as other resources they provide through your account manager (I used Brian).
There are some features we would like but it's not something you can't work around or find an alternative way if needed - just make sure there isn’t another tool out here doing what yours does better than theirs in terms of functionality/features provided by them. We have been working together since day 1 so our relationship has grown over time which makes us more comfortable when making decisions about how best suited these products will be within each department at CVS Health Corp., specifically Pharmacy Services Division where we operate under several different brands including Express Scripts PBM & OptumRx Solutions LLC among others.
- Easy access for all team members
- Ease navigating between channels, etc.
- Ability share documents from desktop via email link instead having files saved locally onto hard drive(and risking data loss)
- Not too intuitive interface; need additional learning curve
