The first one I got had a corner chipped off. I contacted the seller who immediately sent me a new one which was perfect (and better packaged). How the first came is easy to see how this corner is broken. The size of the tray is perfect to fit under our litter box and I can clean it easily as the litter just wipes away or falls off. However, the tray is hard. Plastic. I use a spare in our hallway for shoes and occasionally kick it when I accidentally pass by. I have to check every time because it sounds like it's cracked, but so far it hasn't. Compared to other trunk liners we have, this is the first issue I've had. My others had to give them up a bit. Still, great customer service!
