Don't collect the chair if you think you want to return it!
Very disappointed with $500 chair. Things a hard seat, not comfortable at all. Tried to return the chair, couldn't disassemble the chair, even with factory support. Your instructions and videos make it easy to remove the backing. I'm an engineer and mechanically inclined and once the back is assembled it won't come off. So now I have an expensive "guest" chair in my office.
