I bought this headset because of the noise canceling feature. My partner also works for him, he yells into his cell phone. The microphone is very sensitive, people ask me what is that noise? It's called breathing, I love it. Someone asked me yesterday, what is that noise? This is the ceiling fan I have in my room. Until I figured out how to make the mic less sensitive and the book didn't help at all. I use it on the phone about 200 times a day.
