The app is very easy and intuitive to use. I like that I don't have to be physically at my computer to check for problems. The notifications are great as well! There isn't much I dislike about this software, but I would like more features added in future updates. A little pricey compared to other similar programs, but worth it if you're looking for a trustworthy monitoring program. Our website was down for several hours last month. This was something we'd never experienced before. With this software installed, they notified us the moment it came back up! I like that this tool has multiple features for different needs (monitoring with API integration). Also its free! The only thing i dislike about them was they didn't have mobile apps available so we had no way of viewing our data from anywhere but in frontend web browser which wasn’t ideal at all since sometimes there were issues where certain pages wouldn;' load properly without refreshing several times before showing up correctly - not good if someone else doesn'.
